The Councilor for Culture of San Pedro del Pinatar, Mª Carmen Guirao, and the author of the exhibition, Carmen Fernández Cerdán, opened last Friday, February 17, this sample composed of dozens of mandalas, in which the color and geometry they are the protagonists.
The mayor of Culture highlighted the author's trajectory, formed at the School of Arts of Murcia and that for decades has dedicated her work to the study of color, taking another step in this last stage in which she pretends that the geometry of her Mandalas inspire and connect those who visualize their work.
"From my experience in art therapy workshops and research on the influence of color on psyche and emotion, I have proven the incredible power that color and geometry operate in the unconscious of the human being," explained the author about her job.
The exhibition can be seen until February 15 in the Arts Space of the House of Culture.
