The Center for Social Services and Women has today received, in the framework of the March 8, International Women's Day, a paper called "Manual of Good Practices for the implementation of the Principle of Equality, Conciliation and Co-responsibility in the company ", by Juana Aznar Márquez, professor at the Miguel Hernández University and the director of the Department of Human Resources and Legal of the Villademar Residence, Inmaculada Bas.
The Councilor for Equality, Fuensanta García, explained that the objective of this charala is to sensitize the local business community about the advantages of carrying out equality measures within their businesses, in addition to collecting experiences and knowledge for the preparation of the II Municipal Equality Plan.
Thus, the presentation addressed topics such as the implementation of equality plans in companies, current regulations in this field or the Equality Badge, among other concepts.
