The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, presided over this act which was attended by the Minister of Public Works, José Ramón Díaz de Revenga, and which started with the participation of the chamber group of the band Unión Musical de San Pedro del Pinatar , with the piece "Remember me" and the offering of a laurel wreath, by two representatives of the Council for Children and Adolescents, in a tree planted in memory of the victims of this pandemic. Visitación Martínez explained that with this act the City of San Pedro del Pinatar wanted to "put in value the work of those people who since last March have devoted themselves tirelessly to caring for and protecting our citizens, in addition to giving recognition to the victims who have died during the pandemic, transferring our encouragement and love to their loved ones.
