| This system facilitates access with full guarantees to the services of the Administration, allowing everything from negotiations with a city council, to requesting a medical appointment or submitting tax returns | Until now, in the regional Administration only the Citizen Attention Offices functioned as registry offices, as of today, October 5, the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia incorporates this new service in three of its offices, among them San Pedro del Pinatar, to later extend it gradually to the rest.Thus, these offices will become a registry for the Cl @ ve system, so that citizens will be able to obtain their username and password from them to be able to interact virtually with public administrations, without the need to use electronic certificates.
This system allows everything from dealing with a town hall, to requesting a medical appointment or submitting tax returns.Cl @ ve facilitates access with full guarantees to the services of the Administration using, in addition to electronic certificates, shared keys (username and password) that simplify use and facilitate access from mobile devices.
The shared keys must be enabled in face-to-face registration offices, as they will become those of the Agency, or through a process with a fully operational electronic certificate.The objective of this system is that the citizen can identify himself to the Administration with agreed codes (username and password).
Therefore, it complements the current access systems through DNI-e and electronic certificate, and also allows the so-called 'signature in the cloud'.
