The Gypsy Development Program of the Department of Social Welfare, in collaboration with the Department of Employment of the San Pedro del Pinatar City Council, has given the workshop, "Motivation in the search for employment." The workshop has been given by the program's social worker and by the municipal employment technician, in order to promote positive attitudes in the participants, which encourage them to act and trust in their possibilities and abilities to obtain a job. Likewise, they have been reminded of the importance of setting realistic objectives and goals within a daily work plan, which together with an analysis of their interests and values, helps them in the constant process of searching for a job.
