Yesterday the last workshop of the cycle "Successful job search" was held, on how to face a job interview, organized by the Gypsy Development Program of the Department of Social Welfare in collaboration with the Department of Employment, given by the Social worker of the Program, Carmen Martínez and the Municipal Employment Technician, Paloma Vera.The job interview is a culminating point in the job search process, through it it is intended to "sell" the candidacy by demonstrating skills, aptitudes and suitable experiences to fill the job vacancy, in this sense they have transmitted it to the workshop participants.Thus, the main objective of the workshop has been to train the participants in the necessary tools to be well prepared for a job interview, improving their performance, with the learning of essential communication skills in job selection tests.
