The Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia has enabled the online presentation of the Tax on the Increase in the Value of Urban Land, (capital gain). Thus, the residents of San Pedro del Pinatar can now make self-assessments, declarations, communications and requests for extensions, through the portal Agenciatributaria.carm.es from their computer or tablet, without having to go to the office from the Tax Agency and your bank.
In this way, you will avoid unnecessary travel in the current context of restricted mobility due to the pandemic. The new form for taxation offers the possibility for the taxpayer to generate their own payment letter and calculate the amount to be paid, in a guided and assisted way by telematic means and without any impairment of the taxpayers' rights .
