The next Saturday, July 3, is held in San Pedro del Pinatar the third day of Voluntary Environmental Plan under the Recovery of the Playa de la Hita.
The Visitor Center 'Las Salinas' home to two courses, one on management and maintenance of natural beach of La Hita and the second on bird ringing.
From 07:30 until networks are installed in the pre-park of Las Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar.
Volunteers may attend notice to schedule the activity.
A bus will depart at 10.00 pm on Saturday, from the Square, in front of the City of Murcia, to bring volunteers from Murcia to the Visitors Center in San Pedro.
There, from 11.00, the expert in bird banding Gustavo Ballesteros taught a course entitled 'Management and Conservation of the Playa de la Hita.

Afterwards the volunteers will visit the Salinas Regional Park of San Pedro and participate in activities and practices of bird ringing.
Banding is one of the main methods of ornithologists to learn more about the habits and the presence of birds in the region, one of the most reliable indicators to gauge ecosystem of an area.
Cluster Foundation for the Conservation and Environmental Protection is organizing this project, funded by the CAM with 6,200 euros, as part of Environmental Voluntary program (VOLCAM).

During the last two weekends, volunteers have cleared the protected area of the beach of La Hita, between the airport of San Javier and Los Narejos, conducted an awareness campaign and begun preparing herbarium.
Accompanied by the organizers of the project, volunteers working for the rehabilitation of a natural and participate in courses and lectures on the flora characteristic of the Mar Meno and conservation of natural areas.
