The first prize of micro "Salt" will be worth 200 euros, second prize and the second prize is Jan. 00 euros and second prize for the best local labor.
The Department of Culture of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar, in collaboration with Spanish Salinera, announces the third edition of the competition of micro "Salt" on the occasion of World Book Day.
Participants should tell stories with a maximum of 150 words and have as central theme salt.
Entries must be néditas and must not have been previously awarded in any other contest.
The jury, appointed by the organization and will choose the two finalists will be announced on April 23 in a ceremony to be held at the House of Culture on the occasion of World Book Day.
The first prize is worth 200 euros and will be a prize and second prize of 100 euros and second prize for the best book authored by San Pedro del Pinatar.
The aim of this initiative is to encourage creative and literary spirit of anyone who wants to participate and accept the challenge to tell the best stories on salt, as characteristic element of this town, in less than 150 words.
Interested parties may submit their work until March 31 via e-mail to the Department and shall send two attachments, one with the short story and the second with the personal data of the author, e-mail: cultura@sanpedrodelpinatar.es
