After his victory weeks ago in the French Junior Open, the pinatarense Cristina Gomez traveled to Germanic lands to play from 4 to 6 March the "German Junior Open Squash" in sub category.

Cristina, who started as seeded No. 3 started the tournament against local player Laura Nolte, comfortably defeating three games to zero.
In the quarter he beats Danish player Sarah Lauridsen by identical scorekeeper.
Already in semifinals it would face the player seeded No. 1 Tinne Gilis Belgium, as happened in the final of the tournament played in France.
Again, the victory went to the pinatarense by 3-0 in a tight match.
In the final he expected the seeded player number 2, Elin Harlow, which won after hard-fought final repeating the same score from previous rounds.
Thus, Cristina champion proclaimed German Junior Open without dropping a single game and won, consecutively, the win in Junior Super Series Open category, the most important.
