The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Francisco Bernabé, today announced that the town of San Pedro del Pinatar from 2017 will host the Nautical Fair of the Region of Murcia.
Francisco Barnabas stressed that the city makes every year a "firm commitment" by the sector nautical with the celebration of the Boat Show Marina de las Salinas, and that this initiative "will become the great showcase of the nautical sector region of".
The Minister made these statements during the presentation of the sixth edition of the Boat Show Marina de las Salinas, to be held from 24 to 27 March at the marina.
An act that was attended by the mayor of San Pedro, Visitation Martinez.
The regional manager of Public Works said that soon an agreement between the regional government, City Hall and the Marina de las Salinas will subscribe to this nautical appointment is "a great forum and meeting place for all lovers of nautical activity all its forms. "
"This is a great opportunity to promote the marine industry, the practice of activities related to the sea and tourism," noted Barnabas, who stressed that the sector "is one of the most important of the regional economy, because of its significant volume of activity and the generation of wealth and employment, which place it in one of the bastions of tourism and economic development of the Community ".

The organizers of this new edition of the nautical appointment expect to draw more than 7,000 visitors interested in learning about the products offered by 40 exhibitors and 60 boats will be exhibited during the fair.
Here visitors will receive information about renting or selling mooring and fishing boats, ride, motor and sailing, canoes, kayaks and sailing charters.
They can learn the latest in accessories, electronics, naval decoration, nautical services, diving, dinghy sailing and nautical tourism.
They may also access water services and the practice of scuba diving, nautical tourism, sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing.
