The Constitution Square is filled with children participating in the magazine Radio Pinatar that on the occasion of World Book Day has been on the streets.
Children of 5th primary of the Colleges of San Pedro del Pinatar, Nuestra Señora del Carmen, CEIP Hopes, CBM Maspalomas, CEIP Los Antolinos, CBM Villa Joy, and St. Peter the Apostle, have participated in the magazine Radio Pinatar that on the occasion of World Book Day, has been made since the Plaza de la Constitution.
Coinciding precisely today April 22, with the 400th anniversary of the death of Cervantes, students of colleges pinatarenses have prepared different themes to show on the radio, biography of the most widely read of all time, poems, recipes and sayings author "Don Quixote", etc.
In addition, young people, accompanied by teachers, have represented, with a lot of imagination, activities carried out at school, traditional games that endure over time, comparison of the Mancha windmills Don Alonso confused with giants with our salineros mills Quintin and Calcetera, interviews Cervantes, interpretation of the characters of the famous book and even a song written for the occasion.
The Constitution Square also hosts during the weekend the charity market of books for the benefit of FAPA Pinatar and activities for children as a storyteller this afternoon and a children's play on Saturday at 12.00.
