Daniel Perez took the opportunity to present a new figure that adds to the good development of the sports council, "Area Coordinator football" and take coach Ricardo Huertas.
San Pedro has 5 football clubs totaling nearly thousand athletes, so this figure is born with the aim of monitoring the parties and football events, and address and channel the needs of clubs.
For his part, Jose Bernardo, accompanied in the presentation by Juan Francisco Montesinos, Pedro Garrido and Luis Martinez, Balompie Pinatar, he recalled that San Pedro del Pinatar was born the so-called "indoor soccer" in 1977 with a local league.
In 82/83 and 83/84 in year pinatarenses athletes of this modality they disputed the first championships of Spain, managing to be champions Spain in category Youngsters in Zaragoza and runners up in the first edition of the Cup of Spain in senior category in Malaga.
The San Pedro again succeed in the Youth national and Cadete in Valladolid and Madrid respectively, plus numerous national runners-up, and the presence in all finals in the 80s and mid-90s representing the region of Murcia .
