The national representative of the PP and Secretary of State for Tourism, Isabel Borrego, and Senator Pedro Jose Perez this morning visited the Visitor Center Regional Park of Salinas and Arenales of San Pedro del Pinatar.
During the visit, Isabel Borrego has congratulated the City of San Pedro del Pinatar for tourism promotion campaign "which offers us an essential attribute as salt, linking natural resources with the food industry".
Borrego has also referred to the opportunity of ornithological tourism for the municipality, especially in a market very attracted to this segment, as is the British.
As recalled Borrego, travelers traveling with this motivation have higher than a traditional traveler spending and do well throughout the year, which can help break seasonality.
In the same vein, the Secretary of State has referred to the hotel infrastructure of the municipality, which are open throughout the year and congratulated the hotel sector of the area to contribute to the seasonal adjustment of the offer, while it has offered to the mayor of San Pedro all the instruments available to the State Administration for help "promote the municipality and the project".
