The objectives of the project, funded by the Erasmus + program and with the collaboration of the municipalities of San Pedro and San Javier, have been promoting tolerance and European citizenship among young people, and work and develop healthy habits
The general director of Youth, Francisco Sanchez, accompanied by Council of Youth of San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier and Javier Castejón, Estíbaliz Masegosa have delivered today Youthpass, European diplomas, Project "Getting Better Together".
"Getting Better Together", funded by the Erasmus + program involved 45 young people from Sweden, Poland, Italy and Spain, which has been responsible for organizing and supervising the project.
In addition to the Spanish group of young people from San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier and Los Alcázares, this project has been a double challenge to participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of it because for the Department of Youth of San Pedro de Pinatar and San Javier, the most important thing was to create a participatory environment for young people were the real protagonists of the project.
The young participants, in addition to working the objectives have carried leisure activities, visits to the Regional Park Arenales and Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar, practice canoeing in the Mar Menor, travel by ferry to La Manga, cultural sightseeing Murcia, enjoy Pinatar Arena sports complex, etc.

From June 22 until July 1, the 45 young participants, have been performing all kinds of workshop and discussions with the specific aim of exchanging experiences and opinions to help them reflect and reach conclusions that will be drawn in the Facebook project for anyone who wishes to have access to this information.
