This activity is included in the project '21 steps towards successful youth ', based on the creation of support groups and motivation among young people to achieve better employability

The Department of Youth of the Ministry of Culture and Spokesperson assists in the implementation of a youth exchange that is being developed for a week at the youth hostel in San Pedro del Pinatar and is part of the project '21 steps to success youth'.

In total, twenty young people from Bulgaria, Lithuania, Turkey and Spain who are participating in this exchange from 14 to 20 July.

'21 Steps towards successful youth 'is an initiative funded by the European Commission through the program' Erasmus + 'and carried out by the Prorise Association with the support of Youth.

It is aimed especially at improving employability and integration into the labor market of young people, helping them to change their habits and make proper management of your time.

The general director of Youth, Francisco Sanchez, accompanied by the councilman of Youth council of San Pedro del Pinatar, Javier Castejón, yesterday visited the youth and explained that "after launch during this course the method steps toward '21 successful youth 'have obtained very interesting results with the youth of the region and now want to spread the word to help young Europeans to improve their personal and professional life ".

In addition, "we give them the opportunity to exchange with kids from other nationalities, which also contributes to its enrichment and the acquisition of new values".

Young people who are participating in the exchange in San Pedro del Pinatar are conducting activities and workshops to improve time management (recognizing the limitations, difficulties and problems related to task performance, identify patterns of time management and take action to improve , set goals, plan and work responsibility).

Through this exchange habits and healthy and responsible behaviors that are specific to successful people and work to establish a European network of 'support groups' among young people they are promoted.
