This afternoon has concluded the first round of Robotics Workshop of the four scheduled by the Department of Culture of San Pedro del Pinatar for the months of July and August.

The workshops aim to promote scientific and technological vocation with a new method of learning and leisure through which students acquire new skills and work values ​​and skills.
To do this, technological subjects such as robotics and programming tailored to each age group are used.
Today has finished the first group with the construction of a crocodile LEGO pieces capable of opening and closing the mouth through the use of motion sensors.
Older pupils of 9 years have made a vehicle "explorer" as those used in space for recognition of planets, capar to make turns and precise movements.
Each cycle, both small, as the cycle of the elderly, have 4 days long and are designed to complete projects but if a child wants to do a second cycle, the knowledge would be expanded so that it could deepen learning.
The first cycle for children 5 to 8 years, is taught in the hall of the House of Culture 18.00h 19.00 and the second for children over 9 years is 19.00h 20.30.
