The regular plenary session held this morning in the city of San Pedro del Pinatar, has approved the regulatory basis for awarding grants competitively to local associations of health interest and the regulatory basis for awarding grants to individual athletes competition.
Sports foundations are intended to establish and regulate the concession by the City of grants on a competitive, according to the principles of publicity, transparency, equality, non-discrimination, effectiveness and efficiency.
The maximum amount available for the call, held for the first time, will be 2,500 euros and will be awarded based on sporting results in sports or individual disciplines.
The maximum number of points obtained for each of the applications is 100 points, and is calculated based on a predetermined scale to be published soon.
As for competitive grants to local associations of health interest concurrency, establish a regulatory rules for granting aid for associations of San Pedro del Pinatar who work daily with patients with various diseases, to improve their quality of life.
The Department of Citizen Participation will allocate 7,500 euros in order to contribute to the welfare of the patients served by the local associations that carry out projects of social interest health in addition to existing ones.
Following approval in the regulatory basis for awarding grants, they will be published in the BORM, respecting the principles of publicity, objectivity and competition.
