This course addresses from a multidisciplinary perspective factors affecting optimal quality of life and how to get a prolonged and permanent health.
The Councillor for Education of San Pedro del Pinatar, Guadalupe Garcia and workshop director, José Meseguer, today inaugurated this course to be held this week in the municipality and which has recently been approved as a health concern.
The Councillor for Education has highlighted the high participation in this course, which this year has fifty students, most of them from medical degrees.
He also stressed the link the town with the Universidad del Mar, welcoming over the years courses of different kinds.
He also noted that San Pedro del Pinatar is a reference in the Mediterranean in the area of ​​health and quality of life, as shown by its attractive weather conditions, the Natural Park of Las Salinas, beaches and area mud therapy.
For his part, José Meseguer explained that this course allows the acquisition of updated information on healthy lifestyles and possible biomedical actions that will achieve an adequate quality of life.
This workshop addresses issues related to daily health and beauty cult of the body as the proper development of nutritional habits, physical activity, body aesthetics, among others.
biomedical issues such as cancer and genome, inflammatory diseases, biotechnology and biomedical solutions, eating disorders, and conditions for a dignified death and living will also be addressed.
