The Department of Education awards grants for school materials in second cycle of infant education, vocational training, school, mobility aids, academic excellence and bank books.

The Department of Education allocated 35,000 euros in financial aid in the 2016-2017 school year, for the purchase of school supplies in second cycle of infant education, students and high school vocational training and mobility aids for secondary and higher education.

pinatarenses excellence of those students who stand out for their brilliant academic record and provided with resources the municipal bank books are also rewarded.

So, they are allocated 10,000 euros to support 50 200 euros for the purchase of school supplies in early childhood education.

Interested parties may request this service from 12 to 21 September in the Department of Education.

4,050 euros are also intended to aid 54 75 euros for material vocational training students and high school students who are studying in centers of San Pedro del Pinatar.

The mobility of students and high school vocational training in specialties that are not taught in the locality and students univeristarios is endowed with 10,950 euros which are divided into 73 grants of 150 euros.

Those interested in these grants for equipment and mobility in vocational training, high school and college, may request them from 13 to 21 October in the Department of Education.

In addition, 5,000 euros will be devoted to aid 250 and 500 euros for excellent students who have completed high school and are pursuing university degrees, respectively.

The Department of Education will announce the deadline to apply for these grants to excellence.

Moreover, the Bank of Municipal Books has received a total of 7,605 euros for the purchase of copies this year, of which 5,000 are included under the heading of aid to education, 2,000 have been provided by the Department additionally and 605 for the remaining aid from the previous year.
