The band Municipal Musical Union of San Pedro del Pinatar today offered the concert of Santa Cecilia, under the direction of Eduardo Maciá.

Before the recital the teachers of the Municipal School of Music have awarded to the distinguished students of the course 2015-2016.

Thus, Diego E. Marin, J. Alonso Benedicto, Jua Keller, Victor Acosta, Eduardo Aparicio, Lucía Benedicto, Carlos Zapata, Sara Meziane and Pompeyo Ibáñez have been awarded prizes in the form of piano, saxophone, flute, guitar and violin.

Trinity College London 2016 has also been awarded in the guitar, piano and violin modes.

In addition, the distinction of musician of the year 2016 has been given to Raúl Esquiva Díaz.

The band has performed the songs "Guests of the sand", "Poet and villager", "Los Ríos" and "Katiuska".
