The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez and the Minister of Education, María Isabel Sánchez-Mora, have confirmed today that classes will resume tomorrow Wednesday, December 21, with total normality in the municipality, after two days suspended as a result Of the storm and the effects of it.

During a visit to the school Maspalomas to check the state of the facilities, it has been found that schools and institutes in the town have not suffered serious damage.

The storm has left fallen trees in patios of the centers and leaks inside some of them, among other damages, the municipal services work to solve these damages, which do not hamper the normal operation of the centers.
