This project of the councils of Employment and Youth, directed to improve the employability and the labor insertion, began with a group of young people of 16 to 30 years.
The Center for Tourism Initiatives hosted yesterday the first session of the local program Incubadoras de empleo joven, which the City of San Pedro del Pinatar develops for young people aged 16 to 30 years with the aim of improving their employability and labor insertion.
These incubators are a place where a team of unemployed young people access this program to work as a team, strengthen their skills and collaborate in the pursuit of a common purpose.
These apply a novel methodology in the social intervention of unemployment, with a proactive and more optimistic approach.
Through teamwork with people who share the same situation, reinforce their skills and collaborate in the search for work.
In San Pedro del Pinatar, two young job incubators will be set up, which for four months will reinforce skills and abilities in their active job search to gain access to the labor market.
Each incubator meets under a pre-established schedule to develop in group sessions, where emotional intelligence, communication and creativity work.
Those interested in participating in the second employment incubator should contact the Department of Youth or Employment of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar, located in the Center for Leisure and Emerging Arts or the Center for Tourism Initiatives.
