The Town Council of San Pedro del Pinatar carries out a program of approach to the Municipal employment services to the local educational centers.
The Department of Employment together with the Department of Orientation of the IES Manuel Tarraga Escribano have organized two sessions of Information and Labor Orientation for students of the last year of training cycles, within the program of institutional approach of municipal employment services to the Education Centers.
The sessions were given at the Center of Tourism Initiatives to students of the cycle of Auiculture and Administration, with the aim that young people can answer questions such as what do I want to do?
And what can I do? Answers that help them think about finding a job with success.
In addition to providing information, the sessions offered guidance on the different alternatives presented to them and the tools and resources for job search they have in the Employment Services.
In the sessions they were made to reflect on the skills, tools, attitudes, capacities and potentials that they have and that are fundamental to be able to consider their future work.
The students of the different entities and organizations that have labor intermediation services in the Shire were also informed.
In short, the Department of Employment seeks to be a useful tool for all young people in the development of their personal and social autonomy, adapting the municipal offer to the new realities that arise and offering increasing quality and specialized attention according to the Needs of young people.
