The survey with the two options of remodeling the urban center will be available from tomorrow, Tuesday, April 4, at 00:00 hours, until Monday, April 10, at 23:59 hours, on the municipal website.

The City of San Pedro del Pinatar initiates a participatory deliberative process on proposals for improvement for the accessibility and modernization of the urban center.

This comprehensive plan is the result of several participatory processes, such as the workshops developed for the convening of the DUSI Strategy.

The plan will cover three phases of action, including the places of the Constitution and of Spain, where the levels of pedestrian itinerary and road traffic on a single platform are equal;

The commercial streets of the center, which also equal the same level of sidewalk and roadway and obstacles are eliminated, and Avenida Artero Guirao, which will build a new sidewalk more homogeneous and broad, giving a modern and accessible image of the municipality .

The City Council now proposes to citizens to vote between two options, on what model of urban center they prefer for the project to reform the squares and their environment.

Option one means the union of both places, eliminating the traffic between them (lateral street of the Church), although the traffic access is maintained by the street Emilio Castelar and is changed of direction in Gabriel Cañadas street to allow the access of Vehicles from Avda. Artero Guirao.

The second option maintains the current division between the two places and the current distribution of pedestrian and road traffic routes.

The online survey will be available on the website of the city council (www.sanpedrodelpinatar.es), from tomorrow, Tuesday, April 4, at 00:00 hours, until Monday, April 10, at 23:59 hours.

All those over 18 years old, registered in San Pedro del Pinatar, can vote.

There will also be two points to facilitate the face-to-face vote in the Office of Citizen Services, from Tuesday to Friday, and Monday, April 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and at the home of the Pensioner Raimundo Benedicto , At the same time, except Monday 10, that this center remains closed.
