The Town Hall of San Pedro del Pinatar has approved the Ordinance on the use and enjoyment of beaches, as well as the denomination of streets and common areas in the neighborhood of Los Sáez and a regulation of distinctions of the body of the Local Police.
The town council of San Pedro del Pinatar today approved the ordinance of use and enjoyment of the beaches of the municipality, which seeks to make compatible the safety and health protection with the tourist use and ecological balance of the coast.
The Councilor for Tourism, Silvia Egea, explained that this ordinance has been prepared by the Beach Management Body, made up of tourism, environmental, police, civil protection and city council secretaries.
In addition, it has undergone a participatory deliberative process to collect suggestions and contributions from political groups, traders, entrepreneurs and neighbors.
Among the basic rules of use is that the beach is free, public and free of charge for common uses;
That the walk, the stay and the peaceful bath have preference over any other use, and that no beach is of nudist or naturist use in the municipality.
Cleaning and hygiene rules specify maintenance by the municipality, it is prohibited to fire, physiological evacuation at sea, washing with soap or similar products in the sea, removing the sludge in the sea (outside the baths Sludge), or use the footrests or urban furniture in a different way to the use that is its own.
Among other points, in the 13 titles and 10 chapters of this ordinance, the norms of surveillance and security are regulated, and from 1 June to 30 September prohibits the practice of fishing and water sports, or boating In the bathroom area.
The ordinance also stipulates that chairs, umbrellas and appliances may not be placed before 8:00 am in order to avoid hampering cleaning and prohibiting the presence of pets on the beaches.
REGULATION OF DISTINCTIONS
In another point on the agenda, the San Pedro del Pinatar Local Police Corps Distinctions Regulation has been unanimously approved.
In this regard, the Councilwoman of Police, Angela Gaona, has pointed out that this document regulates the granting of distinctions to agents of the Local Police, citizens or members of another body, who have carried out actions with a special police significance.
The Regulation includes personal congratulation, the cross of dedication to the Police Service, at 25 years and 35 years of service;
The Cross to the professional merit with white badge, for the constant dedication to the body, and the cross to the professional merit with blue badge, to acts of special relevance.
DENOMINATION FOR NEW STREETS AND PARKS
On the other hand, the Plenary has approved the denomination of new public roads and parks in the zone of Los Sáez, as a consequence of the urban development of the Partial Plan 3E.
The Councilor for Statistics, Álvaro Tárraga, explained that for the denomination of these spaces have been chosen preferably relevant people of the locality, with employment or personal relationship with the area of ​​Los Sáez or Las Beatas, and prioritized the names of women Inequalities in the area of ​​social, official and public recognition of women.
Thus, the streets of this area will adopt the names of streets 8 de Marzo, Diego Albaladejo Egea, Dolores Albaladejo López, Pilar de la Osa Ballester, Lucrecia Egea Esparza and Ramona Martinez de Henarejos.
