The brotherhood of St. John Evangelist and the students of the school began today Easter with the transfer in procession of the image of the apostle to the church of the Holy Trinity.
A processional procession of students of the College of St. Peter the Apostle today transferred the image of St. John the Evangelist from the school to the church of the Holy Trinity.
A group of boys from the upper grades of ESO and high school have carried the throne to the shoulders, accompanied also by a band that has marked the processional marches for the transfer of San Juan to the temple.
The procession was completed with dozens of children, children, primary and secondary education, many of them clothed in manolas and Nazarenes, in addition to the teaching team and the board of the San Juan Evangelista group.
This act, which has been followed by dozens of neighbors and celebrated for seven years, was born of the collaboration of the center, where the image is guarded, with the brotherhood of San Juan.
Pinatarense Holy Week officially starts today with the procession of Our Lady of Los Dolores, which will depart at 21:15 hours of the church of San Pedro Apóstol.
