The photography of Arturo Ponce Rodríguez has been the winner of this contest organized by the Department of Tourism and the General Cabildo de Procesiones de Semana Santa, with the aim of promoting the Pinatarense Holy Week.
The Council of Tourism of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar and the Cabildo General de Procesiones de Semana Santa organized this year the fourth edition of this photographic contest with the intention of promoting and disseminating the Holy Week processions, declared of Regional Tourist Interest.
The jury composed of experts in photography and members related to Holy Week of the municipality, has announced its ruling among the 42 photographs submitted to the contest, the winning image being made by Arturo Ponce Rodríguez, which highlights the look of a Nazarene Of the third of the Holy Grail during the procession of the Holy Burial, on the night of April 7.
The winning photograph will receive a prize of 150 euros, contributed by the Cabildo General de Procesiones, and will be reproduced in a prominent place of the next leaflet of the Holy Week of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The Department of Tourism and the Cabildo General de Procesiones thank the 15 participants for sending their photographs and their contribution to promote and spread the Pinatarense Holy Week.
