The Rector of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT), Alejandro Díaz, and the Vice Chancellor of Innovation and Enterprise, Alejandro Pérez, met this morning with the Mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, and the Councilor for Urbanism, Pedro Javier Sánchez, with whom they have approached possible collaborations in training and research tasks between both institutions.
Those responsible for the University and the City Council have agreed to make it possible for the students of the UPCT to do internships in the Pinatarense Consistory.
This meeting is part of the round of visits that the rector is doing to foster collaboration between institutions and bring the academic offer of the UPCT, applied knowledge and technology transfer of its research groups to all municipalities in the Region.
