The track, located in the municipal sports center, has since last Monday, June 5, with a new green area, composed of fifteen Mediterranean pines and pine trees, thanks to the contribution of clubs, associations and individuals who participated in This activity promoted by the councils of Sports and Environment on the occasion of World Environment Day.

This initiative arose from the idea of ​​a local family, Guirao Sánchez, who were the first to plant their tree in the new green area of ​​the municipal sports center.

Also involved in this plantation were the sports clubs EFB Pinatar, CFS Pinatar, FS Pinatar Package, Belich Voley Pinatar Beach, Pinatar Féminas and San Pedro Sports Center.

Also participating in the plantation were the Parroquia San Pedro Apóstol, the Popular Municipal group, the staff of the Department of Environment and Sports;

Companies such as Casa Lucrecia and Sánchez Arteco, and private individuals Mari Carmen Guirao and Rodrigo and Sofia Sainz.
