On 20 July, the esplanade of Lo Pagán will celebrate 20 years of this important musical event, which will include, among others, Carlos Baute, Efecto Pasillo, Dasoul, Ana Mena, Blas Cantó, Carlos Marco and David Lafuente.
The Mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, the director of Cadena SER in the Region of Murcia, Domingo Camacho, and Tony Aguilar, who intervened by phone, today presented the news of the twentieth edition of Los 40 Pop Beach.
This event, which every summer has been the scene of the coast of the Region, was born 20 years ago on the Beach of La Puntica as "Los40 Radio Show and later" Fan Club "until having its current name of" LOS40 Pop Beach "with performances Of artists, then incipient as "The Ear of Van Gogh", "The Song of the crazy" or "Estopa" - that soon have become international stars.
The mayor thanked the great tourist promotion of the municipality and the Mar Menor that supposes this event and the diffusion of the same in all Spain through the leading musical transmitter.
For his part, Domingo Camacho has indicated that it is "a pride", to fulfill 20 years of this "tradition" and has highlighted the effort that the municipality is doing to recover the environment.
The person in charge of presenting the poster was Tony Aguilar, who will be, once again, in charge of presenting the show.
In this very marked edition, the poster is headed by Efecto Pasillo, presenting his new album with a live performance with the whole band.
Canarian artists took their first steps at LOS40 Pop Beach, and now, from the top of the success, return to this event that brings such good memories.
Carlos Baute, who also came to his first editions, when he began to be known in Spain, will be next Thursday 20 on the stage of Lo Pagan.
They complete the cast Piso 21, as well as the members of Aurynque undertake solo career after the dissolution of the boy-band: Blas Cantó, Carlos Marco and David Lafuente.
And also Dasoul, Ana Mena, Eurovision Manel Navarro, Rasel, Xantos, Romy Low & Henry Méndez, Jose De Rico, Brisa Fenoy and a band that will pleasantly surprise with their versions of hits: Ender and that will offer its powerful direct.
As an end to the party, a session of DJPaul Damixie, one of the most recognized in the international scene, that comes expressly from Romania for the occasion.
LOS40 Popse Beach celebrates, with the sponsorship of the City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar, on July 20 at 22.30 in the esplanade of the curve of Lo Pagán, with free admission until full capacity.
