The campaign 'MiMarMenor Gastronómico' shows the great quality, richness and variety of our gastronomy and, specifically, the products of the Mar Menor.
The campaign 'MiMarMenor 3.33' launched by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment in the coastal municipalities, brought us to San Pedro del Pinatar to the flavors of the region with 'MiMarMenor Gastronómico'
Thus, totally free of charge, like the rest of scheduled activities, neighboring Pinatarenses and numerous tourists who enjoy the summer in the town, they approached to the Parque Reyes de España de Lo Pagán to enjoy the show cooking of Julius Bienert, Presenter of the program "22 minutes" of Canal Cocina that showed the great quality, richness and variety of our gastronomy and, specifically, the products of the Mar Menor.
Thus, Julius cooked a grilled rice with murcian murcian, typical "marineras" to which he gave his personal "touch" adding prawns of the Mar Menor and a little of smoked paprika, topped with one of our delicious anchovies, A large number of salty masters and, finally, Bienert made a cold melon soup of Torre Pacheco with mint and a trickle of Jerez.
The public, very participative, tasted the dishes of the cook before the sweepstakes made after the gastronomic demonstration.
Other appointments will be organized within 'MiMarMenor Gastronómico' where simple recipes will be made with local products, on August 11 at 20.00 hours, La Mota Beach will host the gastronomic demonstration by Manuel, the Young chef winner of the second edition of MasterChef Junior and on August 19, show cooking will return to the Park Reyes de España by the hand of Julio Velandrino, Restaurant Taúlla and participant of topchef accompanied by a cook in the area.
