The councilor of Culture of San Pedro del Pinatar, Silvia Egea, and the artist Bernardo Fernández Amor, 'Nardi' inaugurated on Friday October 6, the project 'Expressions in wood', framed in the Plan of Expositions Spaces of the Region of Murcia and that can be seen until next October 31 in the Art Space of the House of Culture.
This sample is composed of a score of pyrograbados of this self-taught artist in carving, turning and this technique that consists of drawing on wood with an incandescent point.
His works offer daily scenes, although for the most part they are portraits of actors of the Region, Francisco Rabal, Gines Garcia Millán or Pepa Aniorte and others of the stature of José Coronado or Belén Rueda.
"Nardi" began in the craft of wood since he was young and has participated in various exhibitions and collaborated in the design and realization of numerous distinctions for commemorative acts.
This exhibition is part of the Plan promoted by the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts (ICA) with the aim of promoting and promoting local art and promoting the work of Murcia creators.
