The Office of Citizen Assistance (OAC) of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar served in the first three quarters of 2017 a total of 1194 instances in different areas, of which 91.67% have been resolved.
The City Council of San Pedro del Pinatar recently hosted the special commission of suggestions and claims for Citizen Care in which it took note of the latest quarterly reports of the OAC.
From the beginning of 2017 until the month of September a total of 1194 complaints, complaints, suggestions and information were dealt with, of which 91.67% were resolved, while the rest were in the study phase or approved for its realization.
The OAC is one of the main mechanisms for citizens to channel the demands to the city council, as well as offer information on the various procedures and municipal services.
Among other subjects, the instances related to the cleaning of streets and public spaces, fixtures of lampposts and replacement by LED lights, signaling, pruning of trees, street arrays, etc. stand out.
The OAC establishes an agile and effective action protocol, in order to respond in the shortest possible time to the queries, complaints and suggestions of the Pinatarenses.
