During the month of October, two groups of elders from the homes of the pensioner from San Pedro and Lo Pagán traveled to Caravana de la Cruz to commemorate the jubilee year.
On this visit they were able to learn about the history and origin of the Caravaca Cross, as well as its wine horses festivals, in the museum where they could see the first prizes of the last two years, a tradition deeply rooted in the city, with the spectacular of its embroideries.
Later, the Sanctuary was visited, where they could see the relic of the Santísima and Vera Cruz, the trip ended with a meal in Puebla de Don Fabrique, where they tasted the segureño lamb in the surroundings of this typical mountain village.
