The event organized by the Federation of Taekwondo of the Region of Murcia and the Club Vera Pinatar, with the collaboration of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar, brought together clubs from different locations such as Murcia, Cartagena, Torre Pacheco, Mazarrón, Pilar de la Horadada , Totana, etc.
Last Saturday, November 11, took place the 1st day of the league and the Cadet de Taekwondo Championship, in the Prince of Asturias Municipal Pavilion of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The event organized by the Federation of Taekwondo of the Region and the Vera Pinatar club, in collaboration with the Department of Sports, counted with the participation of clubs from Murcia, Cartagena, Torre Pacheco, Mazarrón, Pilar de la Horadada, Totana and San Pedro of the Pinatar.
The categories of the league were Benjamín, Infantil and Pre-cadet, which include ages from 6 years to 11 years and the Cadet Regional Official Championship that brought together some 140 athletes, more referees, doctor and technicians, both male and female .
The championship, which had a large influx of public, began at 9:00 am and ended at 2:30 pm, distributed on four tracks of Tatami and with electronic breastplate system.
It was also possible to see combats of the Senior category of the National team of the CAR Infanta Cristina de los Narejos.
The delivery of medals was given by the Sports Councilor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Daniel Perez, the President of the Federation of Tae Kwon Do of Murcia, José Antonio Solano and the Club Master Vera Pinatar, Carlos Vera.
