The Mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, the Councilor for Sports, Daniel Pérez, and the President of the Pinatar Base School, José Bernardo Castejón, yesterday presented the campaign to promote messages of respect, camaraderie and fair play in the matches that are disputed in the José Antonio Pérez field.
This initiative, which arises from the Pinatar EFB, coordinated with the Department of Sports, includes the installation of four large canvases on the municipal football field with messages that urge to enjoy the sport in a respectful way with the rival and the referee .
These messages are aimed at both players, family members, fans, managers and team technicians, etc., so that everyone understands football as a meeting space, for coexistence, sportsmanship, tolerance and respect, and not for confrontation, said the mayor.
For his part, José Bernardo Castejón thanked the City Council for its support in this campaign to favor the good atmosphere in the children's matches and to reinforce in this way the values ​​that are tried to be transmitted from the Pinatar EFB, of companionship and fair play.
