San Pedro del Pinatar hosted the afternoon of December 23 a spectacular parade to welcome Santa Claus to the municipality, which involved the local ballets Kebanna, Coppelia and Peña El Caldero, as well as giant snowmen and characters like Pocoyo and his friends or the members of the Drilo Gang.
The park Lázaro Escudero was the starting point of this beautiful parade that left at 7:00 pm to the sound of Christmas themes.
The big snowmen, together with Eskimos, opened the procession, followed by the characters from La Bella and La Bela, from Peña El Caldero, and the Coppelia princesses.
The numerous Kebanna ballet closed the parade with impressive costumes that evoke the magic of Christmas, such as Christmas stars, poinsettias, pages, gifts, dolls, etc, that preceded the Santa Claus carriage in its journey through the urban center, until arrive to the municipal tent where hundreds of children waited for him in a scenario that recreated the polar cold of his place of origin, Lapland.
