The Councilor for Equality, Guadalupe Garcia and the Councilor for Employment, José Fernández Andreo, received this morning at the Center for Tourism Initiatives, at the workshop "Gira Mujeres", an initiative of Coca Cola and AlmaNatura aimed to favor the empowerment of women in decision-making in their professional and personal spheres through the promotion of labor projects and initiatives.
This free workshop, conducted by the Department of Equality in collaboration with the Department of Employment, is developed today and tomorrow and is composed of a training aimed at women entrepreneurs whose projects will enter the contest for the selection of 10, will be mentored, promoted and awarded with seed capital for its launch at the hands of Coca-Cola.
Unemployed women who do not want to start will receive a motivational and personal and professional orientation workshop, coaching and self-esteem promotion in order to give them the impetus they need to fulfill their work objectives and businesswomen: the tour project supports women with companies that wish to reinvent and strengthen their business, making them more competitive in the market.
