The Plaza de España of San Pedro del Pinatar, hosted the International Festival "Grito de Mujer", which was attended by the Mayor of the town, Visitación Martínez, the Councilor for Equality, Guadalupe García and the Ambassador of Women's Scream in the Region of Murcia, Pedro Vera.

The event, celebrated for the first time in San Pedro del Pinatar, was framed within the programming of International Women's Day and under the theme of this year "lighthouses of hope", Charo García Baño, Santiago R. Hernández Sáez, Gudea of Lagash, María Luisa González Cid, Francisco Ferrer Carbonell and Tania Fernández, paid homage to the mothers who lead a new generation committed to life without violence.

"Grito de Mujer", coordinated by María José Navarro and Francisco Javier Illán Vivas, was enlivened by the voices of the Rock Experience students and the guitar of Iván Tirado accompanying the readings.
