The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitación Martínez, has presented the diploma for the Best Tapa Marinera to Sonia Galindo, from La Traiña Restaurant, winner of this year's edition and who has also won a prize of 200 euros.
The tapa "Barquita Crunchy", has been the most valued by customers who made the route of the Tapa Marinera during Holy Week.
This dish was composed of smoked salad with salting, sprouts and red fruits, on brie pasta.
