The autonomous region has 1,087,438 euros financed construction of the new building housing in San Pedro del Pinatar Social Services Center and the Women, which was inaugurated today by the Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana , accompanied by Mayor José García Ruiz, and the secretary general of the Ministry, Fernando Mateo.
These new facilities, already underway, are located at the confluence of Los Alcazares and Myron streets are composed of three floors and share common areas including the lobby and auditorium, although both schools have separate units.
The building is a municipally owned and has a floor area of 1,124 square meters.
Among its facilities are programs for social work, care for the family, childhood and adolescence, social inclusion, care for dependents and voluntary.
The economic contribution of the City Council has been 670,376 euros.
Similarly, the Social Services Centre provides services such as mediation immigrant care and school and health, attended by a total of 34 professionals.
