To reconcile family and work during the month of July in order to encourage imagination, entertain and educate, the Department of Education directed the mayor, María José Albaladejo, organized in collaboration with the Plan and the Educational Psychology Reader, Workshop "exprex-art"-as children 8 to 16 years old.
The workshops were taught in school Villa Alegria and covered several areas at the linguistic, social and artistic, for example, movement arts workshop conducted by a graduate in Dramatic Arts for children to develop body language through movement in various areas.
Active Language Workshop, taught by a language teacher, developed the facet of journalists in the students through the creation of a newspaper and a visit to Radio Pinatar, where kids made their first "first steps" radio broadcasts in turn "activated" the English with the collaboration of the Association of anglophone ADAPT San Pedro del Pinatar, who selflessly participated in English classes, offering the opportunity to practice language with native speakers.
An educator also conducted a workshop on "Communication and organization of information" to develop effective communication and provide strategies to improve the study and a workshop on "Dinamiteatro" by a psychologist who worked conflict resolution and the acquisition of standards by mastering social skills.
The workshops were energized and supplemented by various activities such as scavenger hunts green, olympics, summer games, crafts, etc, to give young people the opportunity to learn in a fun in the first month of summer.
