The new service, already used by more than 140 pinatarenses since late October, allows citizens to make council tax payments without having to go to your bank.
The new tax office of the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar, located in Glens Gabriel Street, has installed on his premises an ATM that allows taxpayers to pay municipal bills and fines without scrolling.
More than 140 taxpayers have already used this new service was launched on 27 October with the aim of providing better service to citizens.
San Pedro del Pinatar is the only municipality in the region that has this innovative service that allows payment of any municipal tax, both voluntary and within the executive.
The ATM allows taxpayers to make payment and delivery of the receipt at the same time.
With this, the Council aims to facilitate and speed up processing that taxpayers should be made at the municipal level, particularly at the time of expiry of voluntary taxation, when the activity is higher and people find it more difficult to implement them.
The procedure is simple, the cashier recognizes the bar code including all municipal receipts and tells the user how much money you owe.
Once the payment, print the receipt and get the corresponding change.
The ATM has been widely accepted by taxpayers who have used, highlighting the simplicity of handling, speed and time savings.
In addition, the machine also facilitates the work of the municipal engineers, as it includes an exhaustive control the number and value of bills paid through this tool.
In short, the taxpayer can claim in the office any receipts and pay the same, avoiding travel to any bank.
