The group of Songs and Dances El Pinar adapts the classic children's work in an assembly that will be presented Saturday at the Modern Theatre Cinema San Pedro del Pinatar, from 19:00.
A total of 106 people will participate in the theatrical production "The True Story of Red Riding Hood", the song and dance group El Pinar (Peña the Cauldron), which, as every year, features a children's play Christmas programming.
On this occasion, more than a hundred people and forty three different dances interpreted through which recreate the classic tale of Little Red Riding Hood.
But the public will not find here the "wolf" and the tender riding hood, as in this version the girl left behind to face their animal innocence, backed by a group of women hunters.
The play, directed by María José López, and scenery of Eustaquio Espinosa, and rewrites the traditional tale, to show a brave girl warrior, played by Maria Gomez, and Lobo, played by Maria Angeles Teruel, you see his expectations thwarted to scare Red Riding Hood.
La Peña El Caldero active in the cultural program of San Pedro del Pinatar, presenting various shows throughout the year that are made possible by the dedication and support of partners and parents of children.
In this work, with the collaboration of the Department of Culture and Celebrations, have also participated as assistant directors Maxi Sánchez, Loles and Benito Pérez Fernández.
The show is free and will precede the lighting of the Bethlehem City, to be held at 20:30 pm in Constitution Square, opposite the theater.
On this occasion, the Rock The Cauldron has doubled its efforts to participate in the festivities, as they repeated the children's play Christmas "Santa Claus at the North Pole", which was played last year with great success among the public pinatarense .
