The comedy "The Dinner of Idiots" Francis Veber's French, led by Juan José Afonso and produced by Nearco Productions, arrives tomorrow at Cinema Teatro Moderno de San Pedro del Pinatar, with the help of actors Josema Yuste, Agustín Jiménez Felix Alvarez "Felisuco."
An executive who, along with his friends, organizes weekly dinner in which guests compete to take the most stupid, is the starting point of this comedy, which is of an intelligent critique of a society in which it is not easy to tell who is actually the idiot.
This comedy, which was also filmed by Francis Verber in 1988, has been staged with great success on stages worldwide.
The play comes to San Pedro del Pinatar under the direction of Juan José Afonso, with a star cast complete with actors Esperanza Lemos, Carlos Moreu and Natalia Ruiz.
Also noteworthy is the work of the set designer, Ana Garay, the lighting director, Carlos Alzuela, and the music of Marc Alvarez.
