The Councillor for Education of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar, María José Albaladejo, director of the Institute on Aging and Professor of Pathology, Vicente Vicente, and course director, Ignacio Martinez, launched on Tuesday April 5 this specialized course in attention to the Unit.
The course, which has enrolled over 30 students, focuses attention to the Third Age and assistance to the dependence on a cross, rendered in various fields such as medicine, psychology, law and education.
To this end, students will have a broad range of specialist teachers in radiology, neurology, nutrition, pulmonology, urology, physiotherapy, acupuncture or nursing, among others.
The faculty is also comprised of university professors of law, education, education and physical activity and sports.
The course includes 21 hours of theory, divided into 15 thematic units, and is awarded 6 ECTS credits.
