Celtic music band Gwendal, referring to the genre, today closed the fourth cycle Pinatar Folk concerts, a festival dedicated to roots music, complete with street performances, a craft market and the photographic exhibition "Gangs" .
Since its formation in 1972, Gwendal edited thirteen albums, among which are "Irish Jig" (1974), "Rainy Day" (1977), Locomo (1983), "Glen River" (1990), "Pan Have Disk "(1995) and" Best of "(2008), and has given over 900 concerts in France, Italy, Ireland, Tunisia, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Portugal and Spain among other countries.
The group currently consists Youenn Breton Le Berre (flute, bombard and bagpipes), Jean-Claude Philippe (violin), Ludovic mensile (acoustic and electric guitars), Jérôme Gueguen (piano), Pascal Sarton (bass) and David Rusaouen (drums).
