The Councillor for the Environment, Mark David Grace, today attended the presentation of the Tazzari Zero electric car in the Place de la Constitution.
This vehicle, which is sold at the dealership EMEG, located in the industrial area of ​​the pious women, is an urban model, with a range of 140 miles per full charge.
The council has praised this kind of business initiatives, advocating innovation, sustainability and respect for the environment.
For his part, José María Carrasco, EMEG dealer, explained that besides producing no polluting emissions to air and noise, the electric model reaches 110 kilometers per hour and is characterized by its low maintenance cost and small size, to facilitate the parking spaces.
It has also indicated that interested buyers can get grants and aid from the Autonomous Community and the Central Government for an amount close to 50 percent of the value of the vehicle.
