The mayor of the municipality, Visitation Martinez, presented at the plenary session yesterday a report of the negotiated Intervention and Treasury bills reflecting the unrecognized amount to 9.8 million euros
The Government Team of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar yesterday presented the quarterly report of Treasury and Intervention, which includes the number of outstanding obligations which are in breach of the manor and payment amounting to 31.5 million euros.
Thus, the report was yesterday exposed to different political groups in the full City Council, shows that, June 30, had recorded more than 7,000 bills and outstanding, which amounted to 17.6 million euros 14.4 of which supported a delay of more than 180 days.
The document also includes obligations that are not considered outstanding bills, such as debt to the Social Security Treasury, the salaries of council members, or the payment of personal income tax section in which the City owes more than 4 million euros.
Finally, the report contains 1286 registered bills, but recognition of outstanding obligation amounting to 9.9 billion euros.
In this regard, the mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez said that "this report confirms the estimate had anticipated the current government team and doubles the figure of 16 million targeted by the former mayor."
It has also indicated that the submission of this report reflects the commitment of "rigor and transparency," adopted by the government team, in addition to complying with the Law on Public Administration Delinquency established the quarterly reporting of outstanding obligations ".
In this regard, he recalled that the previous government team "was a year without being accountable to the House of debt to suppliers who bore the hall".
